Welcome Home, and to the Dis. What type of room are you staying in (studio, 1br or 2br)? Regardless of what size room, they are absolutely beautiful! The whole resort is gorgeous; from the rooms to the sitting rooms, the lobby, pool, etc. You won't be dissappointed.

My family just took our first trip home in June and I can't wait to make my reservation for next year already!

If you want some really good pictures of the resort, try this site:http://www.wdwig.com/g_bcv.htm

Here is a link with some room reports and it will give you some view comments. http://members.aol.com/InstImpres/beachclub As others have said, asking for a specific room and getting it is slim. This will give you an idea of “sectional views”.

I just returned so I have to update the report this weekend. I have been getting member reports several times a week and usually update this chart weekly.

Good luck and enjoy your trip

The first thing to do is to call and reserve the 2queen bed 2 bedroom villa. This is not a request any more, it is a room type. If you can request rm 553, it is gorgeoud!!! We are in it right now., You see the space ship earth and the world showcase. it has the largest balcony possible. We love it. It is convenient to the parking lot since you have your own private elevator in the rear part of the building. This takes you right to quiet pool. Best location. Have a good time

we just came back from BCV and had a great stay in room 424. It had one queen and a pullout sofa in the second bedroom....we only had 4 people--so it had PLENTY of room!!!! We could see the fireworks --illuminations---from all three balconies^--the view was the best from the second bedroom balcony....it was great!!! We could also hear the music...the kids LOVED it--and they knew that when it was over---it was bedtime....this room overlooks a very dense wooded area between epcot and the BCV.
The elevator was only a hop, skip, and a jump away---it brings you down to the hub lobby where you can either go to the quiet pool--or a few steps away to the beach club lobby....
all in all it was a GREAT location---we would book it again...hope that helps.....
