beach club wait list for march

I called today to check on getting bcv for March 9 for 5 nights. They have the weekend but not the weekdays. Is there any reason this time is busy since it's 3-4 weeks before Easter? I want a studio since it's just dh, me and the 2 kids and we plan to do the dining plan. I can get SSR for a studio for the whole time but we were planning to relax more this time and really enjoy the pool and resort so we though bcv would be a nice change. How likely would I get a studio if I did the wait list?

My SIL lives in TN and this is her Spring break-

We booked prime Spring Break in November for a BC studio. We had to waitlist for 2 nights and got those within a week. There seems to be lots of shifting around during that time period. I think you may be in luck!

The district where I teach gets out for spring break on that day. Most of TX will be out during those days as well.
