Beach Club Villas Room Request Suggestions

We're staying in a One-Bedroom Beach Club Villa on our upcoming trip. I know the views from the Villas aren't great but I was going to use Touring Plans room fax form & didn't know which rooms were the better ones to request so I thought I would ask the "experts" .

The only request we have on our room reservation right now is a large balcony. We also booked through Disney, we are not renting points. We actually were able to get a better deal through Disney then from renting through one of the point brokers.

I know they are just requests but I've had pretty good luck using Touring Plans.

All Villas have decent size balconies, unlike the main BC.
BCV run at 98-100% occupancy. A Villa meeting your requests would need to be empty your checkin day for the length of your stay. I have never gotten a request. And I make very generic requests such as higher floor (Villa on first floor) or near elevator ( Villa way down hall).
But that is what I expect and I have never had a Villa I was unhappy with. I have used Touring Plans Fax requests to no avail as well.

Most of the one bedroom villas only have a balcony off the living room and none off the master bedroom. As for views at the BCV, pool view is about the only one there is. It was built behind the BC on the old CM parking lot.

To be honest, I usually get exact opposite of my request at BCV. It's coincidence, but goes to show that there's not much they can do in most cases since it's always full. I'd request ONE thing, cross your fingers, and prepare for it to be ignored half the time.

There is no great view to request at BCV. I usually ask for upper floor. There are several elevators, so that is not as critical like some other locations. Basically it is woods or the quiet pool, or the road (which is not as terrible as it sounds).
