Beach Club Villas refurb?

I saw that BCV is slated for refurb in 2023. Any idea what that means, in Disney Time? We're planning a 12/23 trip and deciding where we want to rent a villa! New rooms at BCV would be amazing.

BCV is only slated for a softgoods refresh. No start date has been given.

They added them during the soft goods for Poly and VGF, I think it’s a safe assumption.

At the annual meeting where they announced that the Murphy beds would be coming to RIV, they announced that they’d be replacing the sofa beds in all the resorts with Murphy beds. IOW, they promised that BCV will get them. (OKW can’t fit them due to layout.)
