I was wondering does any one know what would be the best view from the BCV's that would see Epcot?

Reason I ask is I am going in July 13 adults 4 kids.... want to get a good view for fireworks.:wizard:

If not from a room, anyone have some good tips for where to stand nearby?:flower3:

the bridge going to the Boardwalk is a good spot
or the YC dock

Not sure if there are any views from the villas that would give you a good view. You are so close to Epcot, simply walk over the bridge and stand outside the gate.

The best view is in the park. You can't see some of the show in the lower areas from outside the park.

Hello..I am staying at the BCV this May I have never been there and was wondering if anyone could tell me if there is a certain section of the resort I should request that may be better than another section..also we are staying in a one bedroom the first night then have to switch to a studio (unless a studio becomes available)..wondering if anyone knows what the odds of that happening or the odds of disney letting us stay in the one bedroom instead of switching let's say if no one was coming into that one bedroom???

I'm sure its slim to none but just wanted to see.

Thanks for any help!

BCV is one of DVC's busiest resorts. I doubt they will give you the rest of your stay in a one bedroom. We usually like a pool view.

Thanks for your reply..I didn't think they would..I will request a pool view. Do you know when they would let you know about a waitlist? I really don't feel like switching rooms and since we rented the points it would be too much money to stay in the one bedroom the entire time.

The owner will need to be on the wait list and 30 days out get on another wait list. 7 days out there is no waitlist. Depending on how the owner asked to be contacted, they may need to contact MS.

If you are staying on points, the chances of getting to stay and not move are next to none. If you were paying cash, it would be possible. The only time DVC will let this happen is when there isn't the room to move you to, due to an emergency situation.
