Beach Club Pool Hours

Heading out tomorrow to the Beach Club! Anyone know how late the pool is currently open till?

It was open until 11pm in late July.

When we were there in late July, SAB pool hours were 9 am - 11 pm.

Just left Beach Club today. Pool hours are 9 a.m.-11 p.m. for all pools. The 2 quiet pools are technically 24 hours, but Disney can come kick you out after 11 p.m. if there are noise complaints.

The quiet pools are no longer 24 hours. They are posted to be closed from 11PM until 7AM

Quiet pools were open 24 hours a day as recent as Friday. I was sitting in the hot tub drinking a beer with my wife and the security officer tipped his hat and wished me a good night at about 1 am

They are posted, but I am going by what a CM also told me when I asked how late are the pools open. Disney has to post hours, but the 24/7 rule is so that they aren't reliable if anything was to happen.

Weird in late July, I overheard the lifeguards state multiple times that the quiet pools were available 24/7 @ swim @ your own risk.

Some of those leisure pools are gated and you cannot open the gate during the hours it is closed. If another guest calls to notify Disney Security that someone is in the pool, you probably will be asked to leave based on the posted hours.

Oh we could def. open the doors at all hours. We had a room facing one of the quiet pools at the Yacht club and there were ppl there many times late into the night/early am. Like I said, the lifeguards were basically advertising that the quiet pools were swim at your own risk and available 24/7.

Then why post hours-why don't they just put up "Leisure Pools are open 24/7-Swim At Your Own Risk" signs?

But Security could and did do that at times back when all WDW Pools were 24/7 with no posted hours.

Lol...I'm guessing the same reason they post on the tv channels that buses start running 45 mins. before park open, which we all know is completely untrue. The misinformation given out to guests is ridiculous my opinion.

But Security could and did do that at times back when all WDW Pools were 24/7 with no posted hours.

It still makes the conversation and potential blowback easier to manage if it's a concrete policy on a sign. And maybe state law requires it? They did pass the law a couple of years ago requiring the pools to be enclosed in fencing with locking gates, so who knows? A lawyer, I am not (I just play one on the internets.)

No doubt-and the "Two Hours After Park Close" makes new Guests(for example those with late ADRs in World Showcase or those staying late at Rainforest Cafe) think there is a possibility they could be left at the Park by Disney and have to find their own way back to their Resort.

Funny, I thought if a sign says pool open for swimming from 7AM to 11PM, that means you can only swim from 7AM to 11PM.

I don't think 24/7 is as much an unspoken policy as much as the 9am-11pm (or whatever the posted hours) is an unenforced policy. There is technically a difference. They aren't encouraging people to swim after 11pm, however if people are quiet and there are no complaints, they may allow you to get away with breaking the rules. If there is an issue, security can clear the pool and use the posted rule as reason with no further explanation necessary.
