After having terrible service with central reservations last night and them telling us that we can not get Beach Club with 20% off we called our travel agent and low and behold with in 15 minutes we received our quote for Beach Club and changed our ressies from The Wilderness Lodge to Beach Club. Our children wanted to stay at Epcot Resort again due to there ages. We will be there Sept 17 through Sept 23.
What CRO told you was probably true. Don't beat them up for it. There are specific numbers of rooms dedicated to certain discounts --and when they're gone, they're gone. Your travel agent probably had a certain amount available also.
