We don't have an opening date yet, sorry. Rumors about for everything from April to June but nothing is set in any kind of stone yet.

I heard a lot of "late summer" rumors two weeks ago when I was there, but no one ever told us a definite date, and we asked almost everyone.

I heard from two separate CMs that Dumbo opens in February, and that is considered phase 1 of the expansion, it may not be fully open until 2013 though.

3) My personal guess is Sep

No confirmation on anything, including whether or not it will be a signature - just that it will be table service at dinner.

It is also rumored that there will be some form of entertainment at dinner, but not traditional costumed characters.

Menus, opening dates and any dining plan credit counts are not determinable at this time.

So I wonder if getting ADR's when it first opens will be like it used to be to score an ADR at the castle when it was only a character meal at breakfast....... remember needing to synchronize clocks with the one at the Naval Observatory?

Yes, you have been wrong before, as witnessed by statement 1. If it was to open "Fall 1012" then they are really really late and WAY over budget!
