I'm a little confused about the pricing---

The breakfast menu quotes $21.99 for all entrees (it looks like it's a breakfast item and then every plate comes with pastries and fruit) and it only lists fountain drinks.

The lunch menu quotes individual prices and plenty of drinks.

So, my confusion is that breakfast menu looks like a buffet but I was told that it's not. Are they plated meals with breakfast drinks included (OJ, milk, coffee)? If they are plated meals, what's with the exact same pricing for everything?

They are platerd and they all cost the same price. You can get your own drink from the fountains there is juice and coffee in there too.

It's like Akershus or Cinderella's Royal Table, but quick service. You order a meal, and your party receives a pasty plate.

It was introduced as Prixe Fixe which by most standards means everyone pays the same price and you get your pick of certain items. But they never followed through on the everyone pays so you can order as much or as little as you want.

- Yes all meals are the same price, adult or child price.
- Price includes entree, pastries and drink.
- No not everyone has to order, you can share meals and adults can eat child meals.
- It is not buffet, it is a plate brought to your table.
- Drinks are at a beverage station and you can get the breakfast juices etc too with your order.
- Pastries are brought to each table, amount varies. Doesn't seem to be a consistency on how that is determined, probably number of meals ordered.
- We have enjoyed our food and found it very filling.
- We bring a ziploc to take extra pastries with us since we can't finish them.
- Good value for QS Dining Plan.
- Paying OOP may or may not have value depending on if you usually eat breakfast out at Disney and if you get a pre-park ADR.

I'm confused, if 2 parents bring 3 young children over the age of 2, they all have to pay $21.99 for breakfast? A 4 year old has to pay $21.99 for breakfast?

No - adult meals priced $21.99 and kids meals priced $13.99.

And you don't have to buy 5 meals. You can buy 1 adult and 1 child and share. You can buy 3 kid's meals and share. Etc.,Etc. It's up to you. You'll still get a plate of pastries to share. However, everyone getting something to drink would be difficult unless some of you just drink water.
