Be Our Guest Lunch Fastpass

Anyone had any luck past June 28 yet? I'm checking for July 18 and it says none available, so I'm assuming the dates aren't "open" yet.

July 1st isn't open yet from what I see.... unless everything from there through the 7th is gone already. Possible, but not probable.
 
Is there a set number of days out for which bog lunch fastpass can be booked? Or do they just open up dates for a block of days at a time? The reason I ask is that there was a lot of differing information about the days out you could book the Wishes dessert party and then a bunch of dates just opened up. A dining res. CM I talked to said bog fastpass could be booked 60-90 days but it sounds like they aren't opening even a full 60 days ahead. Just wondering if anyone knows if there is a pattern or if it is just sporadic (when blocks of dates are opened).

Nope. I'm looking for July 24th, ideally, but it won't show for me even as an option. We are there the 16-25 and it shows 16-22. I'll take the 17th if I can though! :-)

We are there the 17-24 :) It allows me to log in, select a date (our travel dates automatically pop up and say to choose one) and then it lists our whole travel party as the guests. Once I click through all of that it gives me the choice of straight to table or expedited and no matter which one I click it says 'no fastpasses available, choose another date' down below.

This reminds me a LOT of how the dessert party used to be. Very arbitrary, no rhyme or reason, CMs tend to not know any more than we do, but I'm new to the party on BOG, so that's just my recent observation of the process.

I'm not a Disney developer, but am pretty sure this is how it's (poorly) designed to work. When the dates are opened for us it should show us some times to choose from.

It should instead have a message on the first page stating when they're allowing BOG fastpass bookings until, and when the next set will be opened (similar to SWA's website)

Disney IT, if you happen to come across this thread... redesign the message on the time selections page for folks logging in who are still too far out to book, or better yet don't let us get that far in the system. It's so frustrating to log-in, then click, click, click only to see nothing is there.
 
I used the listed link for our trip in April. Now, I'm trying to log in and just look at dates for our trip in November (though I know I can't see out that far). I've cleared the cookies and browsing history from my computer, but the system still thinks I'm going off my April trip date.

I don't get an opportunity to enter my new confirmation # or anything.

Anyone had this problem before and know how to fix it?
 
Sign in to "My Disney Experience".
Once there, go to "My Reservations and Tickets"
Hover over (do not click on)"Check in online" (under your confirmation number), A little box at the bottom left of computer pops up.
Your reservation number will be at the end, starts with a 4 and is 12 digits long.

As of now you can't book past June 28th. You will see your dates, but won't be able to book if it is past June 28th. A lot of us are checking several times daily waiting for them to open more dates. Crossing fingers it will be sooner rather than later.

On My Disney Experience once logged on (online or on the app) if you click My Reservations or Resort Reservation - the 12 digit number is listed under your resort & check in date. If you've received your Magical Express yellow baggage tags - the number you need is above/below the barcode where the Mickey head logo is, middle of tag. Also on the Customize your Magic Bands page & the Memory Maker page if you've ordered it.

I had booked a lunch at BOG using FP+ during our June 5 - 11 trip, however, it is no longer there. I took a screen shot of it when I first booked it, but I keep hearing they don't necessarily honor screen shots on the phone. :confused3 I will try and call this afternoon and see if it's still in the system somewhere and just not showing up. Anyone know which number is best to call for questions about this? I couldn't determine if it's a dining question or a fast pass question. :rolleyes:

I have heard Disney is getting stricter about letting people in that haven't received an invitation. Someone in the last week or so from another group had proof of her invite and a screenshot of the confirmation and was allowed in.
 
Interesting. I did get an invite, but it was AFTER I had booked the FP+. I will look in my email and see if it's still there. I think it may have dropped when there were some glitches with my account when I upgraded some things. It dropped my tickets, but my FP+ were all still there as well as all my ADR's. However, it sent me all new magic bands. :confused3 I just had to re-link the reservation and all was well. Until I decided to check the BOG FP+ today. :rolleyes1

We are headed down at the end of August, & have had our numbers since booking in January & adding a split in March.

Can't hurt to call. Especially since you are not seeing your payment info.

When I called I was told the only 12 digit reservation numbers are room only reservations or dining reservations. We all know that this is not correct:sad2:

How frustrating for you! I did a package this past December with room/tickets& free QS dining - stayed at Pop. I had my 12 digit all numeric number fairly quickly after the booking was done. I did have the letter/number conf # at first, but had what I needed to book BOG lunch well before our arrival date.

Will cross my fingers for You that you get a knowledgeable CM who can "fix" things for you.. & soon.
