Disney’s Old Key West Resort has a dry sauna near the pool in the base of the lighthouse. Free for resort guests.

I believe there is a sauna room at the gym at the Contemporary. I think the gym is on the 2nd or 3rd floor—sort of a tucked away spot that no one really knows about.
