How early can you book BOG lunch? Our trip is in May and I've made all my ADR's but can't seem to find BOG....HELP

May is not available yet. They just released December FP's for lunch. Right now there isn't a set date for when each month opens. You can't book it through MDE like other ADR's.

Hopefully you'll get one when may opens up!

its a 12 digit # beginning with a 4. check the confirmation number for your magic bands or the number on the yellow DME luggage tags.

You guys ROCK. Thanks so much for these updates. I just reserved a 12:55 pm slot for 12/26. I was only given two options; the other was 11'something.

Is anyone trying the order ahead option? I'm tempted to do that to save waiting time; but today is too far out. I wonder how close to the date can we elect the order ahead option. I can see doing it a day or two in advance. If I were to ask my FIL for his order now, he'd think I'm crazy!

The website recognizes me..I have the blue mickeyhead square but when I click on it, it takes me back to the log in screen..our trip is 12.22-1.4.2013. I recvd letter in mail to participate in all my magic plus, fp plus, etc

My problem is that we have a trip in December but it doesn't allow me to book for that confirmed reservation (yes we are also in that test group as well). It does, however, give me the ability to book for the next 10 days a fastpass+ at BOG. Anyone else run into this issue and if so have they been able to resolve it some way?

NM - got it to work by putting in hubby's email information and pulling up the reservation that way...

We are going 3/28 - 4/5/14 for spring break. I did not receive an invitation. I am able to log on now that I can customize magic bands and I can see FP lunch reservations for BOG and of course I am not in the window for booking a FP for lunch yet but It only gives me a choice of dates 3/28-4/3/13 and I want 4/4/13. So I guess, I will have to pass on this option. Kind of bugs me.

Thank you! We are driving and have not received our Magic Bands yet. Oh well!

Question if anyone can answer: We go again in Sept 2014. When will we be able to customize bands for the kids and do the FastPass+ and so on? ADRs are still 180 right?

If you are using Magical Express (the bus transpo from MCO to WDW) the yellow tags they send you have two strings of numbers at the top and one of those strings should unlock the site for you.

Or if you have a Magic Band the 12 number string associated with it will work.

I don't think I ever got an invitation for BOG (I got an invitation for MB durning the testing but didn't get an invitation for my spring trip even though it showed up with a whole new MB for it, I totally got a Dis Green band this time). I just made my reservation, ordered lunch, then showed up.

Try hitting refresh on the time selection page, it gives different time blocks. I've changed my to a later slot this way.

Sorry to butt in but how do you know if you get a magic band?

Hey--from the looks of your ticket, you're a bit too far in advance. You're able to order MB's on MDX (the site) about 90-120 days in advance of your trip. You can customize (pick colors and add names) at this point too.

December dates just became available this week; if your trip is aways out it could be awhile before you can book.

I just got that same day about an hour ago! However I only had two lunch time choices as we'll. I'm just glad I finally figured it out!

We have two separate DVC ressies 12.22-12.30 and then 12.30-1.4.14...I put in my DH's email and our ressie number..it brought up the names of three different people from the three in my family...not sure what to do..I hit the back button and now when i try to log in I get the error page.

I don't believe it matters who gets brought up the party (as long as the number of people are correct) since this isn't tied to the regular FP+ system. You're only making a reservation and nothing really happens till you get to the restaurant. Even if you pre-order, it isn't charged or applied (if using DDP) until you get to the restaurant. Just make sure you show the magic band of the person you logged in with and take a screen shot to bring to the restaurant.

Just curious, but I see a lot of posts, suggestions, etc., to take a screen shot of the BOG reservation that is made. Has anyone actually had to use/show it at the doors?
