Be Our Guest Lunch FastPass Thread [PLEASE read the FAQs in the first post!]

I just logged into Beourguestlunch.disney.go It's showing me Dec. 4 - Dec. 10. No reservations available. But you're saying Dec. 1st isn't up yet? Are you talking about a different site? We're staying only 1 night, Dec. 4th. I just want to eat lunch in the Castle, why is it so difficult? TIA, Judy
Were you able to put in your current reservation number?

I am traveling those dates (Dec 3-Dec 7) and when I log in it shows me those dates with no fastpass+ available. I think the reason that you are seeing the dates of Dec 4-Dec 10 is because it automatically shows you the dates of your travel even though the FP+ are not yet available.

Does that make sense? I could be wrong!! Check back 27 days out from the 4th and you should have luck.

I've been obsessively planning for months. 40 days to go. All that is left is to snag my BOG lunch ressie and pack.

Just happened to read you can't get BOG after your first seven days. Full MK day is my Day 8. WAH!!!! :sad:

Everything had been going so perfectly. No way around this I presume? Going to have to relook at my plans and see if there is anyway to do lunch at MK sooner. But already have my FP's and ADRs set and no park hopper.

I'm in the same boat! We had our BOG lunch picked out for our last day which happens to be day 8. I don't see how we can fit it into any of our other days with all our FP's and ADRs. We might just get in line early and try to get in that way.

I marked my calendar, so I'll just try on that day. Are you trying for a reservation one of those days?
Your theory does make sense, it would be nice if the website explained it.

you should be able to make BOG FP+ on the 2nd day of your trip, no way to know if there will be any availability at that point.

If you create a brand-new login (i.e. a new disney.com account, using a new email address) it should allow you to link your current reservation number to that and make a booking.

I created a fp for our Nov trip and now it is not showing up. I have my screen shot and printed paper showing it. We created meals. Of course now that I log in again no fp are avail for two weeks from now and it is not even showing the entire time we are there.

Glitchy indeed. So my question is. Any one else have it to disappear. It has been there up until the past few days. What happens going forward?

I'm not sure what's going on but I am not able to get a FP+ for BOG. We check-in at the GFV's on Nov. 22nd, check-out Dec. 2nd and we received an email to register for it. After putting in all of my information, the only dates it will let me select are for the 17th-23rd. We don't even check-in until the 22nd and aren't going to MK until the 25th. All the days after the 23rd are greyed out. I have been checking since my dates first opened and it still only shows the 17-23rd. Any ideas on what the issue is or how to fix it? I called DVC and they told me it is a glitch and nothing they could do. :confused3

For some reason it thinks your reservation starts on 17 Nov, and so is showing you the following seven days. Once it's got specific dates in its little electronic head, there's not usually any way to change that.

Try creating a new login (i.e. a completely new disney.com account with a different email address) and see if it will allow you to link your hotel reservation number to that in the BeOurGuestLunch site and then book the correct dates.

Mine's possibly gone too, for 11/17. It keeps pulling up an error. I have a print out as well. Hopefully I can tag onto advice for your problem and maybe it will fix mine. I'm going to call tomorrow to see if that can help at all too. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

Same week, mine is the 18th. Lets hope it is the wonderful world of glitches.

Thanks! I just tried it but it still keeps coming up with the 11/17 start date. It would be nice if they actually had someone to talk to regarding all of the issues people are having with BOG FP's. I was basically told there is nothing they can do for me and I will just have to try and get one when we get to the park. We all can guess how that's going to work out. Fortunately we visit Disney often so we will just have lunch somewhere else and eat there next year.
 
I have a bit of a quandary.... I am hoping someone might have suggestions for me.

I used a reservation number to log into BOG lunch site (for Dec 3-7). After I did that, I actually changed my reservations through Disney to make a split-stay trip (POR for 2 days and Pop for 2 days). My second reservation number stayed the same, but i got a new reservation number for the first part of the trip.

Do you think that the old reservation number (that I had already put into BOG) will still work for the whole trip? I actually am looking for the FP for one of the days of the original reservation number. Should I create a new MDE with a new email address for the first reservation number?

My plan was to try for a FP for Dec 4 (using it as a safety net) then again 2 days later for my preferred Dec 6 date (thus canceling the Dec 4 if I had been able to get it). I am not sure that this will work since the Dec 4 date is actually on a different reservation number.

Any thoughts?

Also.. does anyone know if I can use another adult's email address/MDE who is listed on the reservation to try for the first part of the trip? Or does the BOG system only recognize the email address of the primary reservation holder?

The package stay is the one that includes the tickets so I couldn't start booking my fast passes until that party of my stay was at the 60 day mark. Just out of curiosity and to test the BOG website, I put in my GF number (again, the only 12 digit number I had) and 7 days worth of my trip showed up for me to book. I thought I read that you can only book 1 day at a time? Also, do you not need a ticket linked to your reservation to get a fast pass for BOG? If that's the case, I'd like to use my GF reservation and book our fast pass for our arrival day because we are picking up our tickets a day early. I couldn't get any ride fast passes but I would at least like to get a BOG one. Also, there was no availability but I'm guessing that's because were not quite at 27 days yet??

BOG FP+ has nothing to do with park tickets, it's tied to your hotel reservation. Go ahead and book the FP+ and enjoy your lunch
 
HELP!! I just logged into my Bog lunch FP website and it was GONE!! I have printed out the confirmation from when I first made it and have viewed it before but today it was gone!! Anyone else experience this? As long as I have the printed confirmation will I be able to get in? :scared::scared:

Ditto! A couple of us recently posted the same thing and no answer really. Hope someone chimes in. I am curious though, what week for you? For myself and another it was the same week, a day apart.

My reservation was for the 15th. Hopefully we'll get a nice cm who will say our print out is good enough!
 
i printed the confirmation when i got it, and will "assume" it is okay..I am going to the FP+ window at BOG like nothing happened..

That is what I planned as well. When is yours? It would be nice to have someone post after they go so we know what to expect.
