So can I ask those who have received the Bonjour emails inviting them to make a FP+ reservation, when are you staying at WDW? I'm trying to make a reservation for the very end of November.
Disney, this is ridiculous. I have followed all of your rules:
1. I booked onsite at 7am as soon as the Disney visa offer came out and was on the phone for 3 hours.
2. I booked all of my adr's at 180 days + 10 at 100am
3. I booked all of my fastpasses at 60 days out at 100am
4. The last thing I have to get taken care of before I leave for my overly planned vacation is a BOG fastpass+.
And you decide to change the rules 3 weeks before my vacation, are you serious?
And you have the guts to send me an email to book my BOG FP+ that doesn't work?
This is the last straw. I am a planner by nature and it used to be planning and the anticipation was half of the fun.

Well, this news sucks, as does a lot of the news from Disney lately. Thanks to DIS for at least getting this info out there. We are down there Nov 6th-16th and had plans to FP+ BOG for one lunch. It remains to be seen if we can make it happen. But, I figured I might as well go into "Fallback Mode". We have FPs at 12:55 for PP and then 4:30 for SDMT. What are your recommendations for the best fallback restaurant of choice in either MK (limited availability) or at one of the hotels on the monorail loop or a quick boat ride?? It looks like Kona has availability (Party of 9) and we have Whispering Canyon booked for a lunch later in the week. I appreciate any and all opinions. Cheers.

I noticed a cancellation listed here. Anyone know why the November adr cancellation board is closed?
I haven't had a chance to read through the entire thread, but I just noticed this on MDE/MDX
"FastPass+
You have not yet added FASTPASS+ arrival times for attractions, entertainment or quick-service restaurants."
Not sure if it always had that statement of "quick-service restaurants" or not.

I second the vote for Liberty Tree Tavern. We have always loved our meals and the Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake is to die for!!![]()
I totally agree.
We went two years in a row 2009 & 2010. This is our first trip back. And it has been night and day.
Back then I thought everything was so seamless. So well orchestrated. Yes I needed to plan things out and be well prepped, but this time has just been one big headache and one glitch after another.
My stress over all of this has done my husband in. "I'm not paying thousands upon thousands of dollars to be stressed out."
This will be our last trip till we have grandkids I think. Our kids are turning 10 on this trip. We'll give our dollars to the Caribbean and Europe.
I'm in that unfortunate space where I've passed my 60 day but didn't hit 27 before this started. I feel like a hostage who did everything my captor demanded but he still won't let me go.![]()
