Be Our Guest Lunch FastPass Thread [PLEASE read the FAQs in the first post!]

I ended up calling to get it. The CM said the lunch is by invite only.It should be in the email..that I didn't get. I felt bad and then two days later we got the invite.call and ask about how to get an invite and maybe you will!

I actually found my 12 digit number under where my magic maker was listed on my reservation and was able to book our lunch. I did get an email with the number the same day and it was the correct number!
 

I want to thank everyone for this thread. Got up for work this morning and went down promptly to the computer. I have trips in MDE for October, December and next March and I was able to reserve a FP for October 8th without a hitch. I chose not to pre-order my meals.

Can anyone give me an idea of what to expect if we DO NOT pre-order our meals?
How much longer should we allow if we choose not to pre-order vs if we do?
Are there 4 separate lines: one for those that pre-order, one for those that do not but have a FP, one for those with a paper ticket and then one for SB?

I am trying to picture this in my head and it's not working:rotfl:

When I did it in December we were directed to join the queue in the room where the armor is.
There were menus on the kiosks to look at, and then we went to the next room where a CM entered our order and we paid. After that we found seats, one of us got the drinks and our food came out a few minutes later.

It probably took less than 10 minutes from joining the queue to sitting down.
 
Our experience this past Tuesday...I booked at be our guest FP site.

I could pull up my reservation on my iPhone, the CM did not have it!:confused3. When I showed it to her, she let us in. They did not have a record of what we ordered...so we ordered again.

We were with another couple...same scenario as we had.

It was all very confusing, DH & I did not enjoy the meal, our friends did. We will try again someday.

You will need to build a different profile using a totally different email address with the 12 digit # from your 2nd stay reservation :thumbsup2

I did this and they are all gone. It is so unfair that split stays get penalized on dining reservations. I couldn't get anyone to help me at 180 days called 3 times website only saw first reservation. Now because of split stay Again I didnt get my full stay could only go to end of first stay. :(. So frustrated did not want to wait in line girls luv this place

Your next option to avoid SB line is to go to BOG around 10:45 the day you want to eat there (first day of your second stay) and get a paper FP.
Right now they are doing the FP online thru the website and then once the SB line is full, they start passing our paper FP's with a time to come back so you don't have to stand in line :thumbsup2

And you are sure that the first day of your second stay has opened??? October 8th should be open today.

Is it possible that the second part of your stay is too far out? If it's showing the correct dates but saying that they're are no FP+, that could be the issue.
 
I am still having trouble finding my 12 digit reservation #. My vacation is paid so there is no link to make a payment. I also tried the other things listed.

Go to page 1 of this thread. I was able to find my 12 digit number by the "make a payment" method.
 
Yeah it pulled my reservation just that they were out we will have to try the pass thing. Maybe I will get lucky with a last minute cancellation

Ok Melany502,if your vacation is paid off, try this:
  • On the main Disneyworld.com web page you will see My Disney Experience over to the right.
  • When you hover over it, you will see the drop down options
  • Go down and click on "My Reservations and Tickets"
  • Under the section "Disney Resort Hotel Reservations", over to the right underneath your confirmation #, you should see "Check in Online"
  • Click on "Check in Online" (it doesn't matter if you have already checked in)
  • When you click on that, look at the web address, is should look like this https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/trip/online-check-in/resort-reservation/44XXXXXXXXX/
  • The number that I highlighted is your reservation number :thumbsup2

Just because your dates show up, doesn't mean it is open.

If the date you are looking for is after October 8th, you are going to get the message that "no fastpasses are available, try another date."

Did every one of your dates show "no fastpasses available?"

What date are you looking for?
