At Be Our Guest restaurant, I am personally excited to try the Beef Ragout and Cheese Souffle.

Of course I'm also hoping to try a pie and not to mention getting a taste of the signature Pudding "En Flambe." I wonder if it will be plum or some other flavor.

With dessert I will definitely want some tea but I will certainly ask for a cup that isn't Chipped!

Then, the only decision left to make will be the amount of sugar: one lump or two?

While I'm still undecided, at least we're sure to get freshly pressed napkins.

That's one thing I always expect from a nice establishment.
At Gaston's, I definitely want to try the game hen. Hopefully it will be caught by Lefou, although I seriously doubt it. It would be too much work for him to shoot and collect all those wild birds to keep up with demand. I guess you could say he'd come up "short!"

For dessert, I hope Gaston sticks to his word about using antlers in all of his decorating... might make for an interesting cake!
I'm hungry already!
