I'm having no luck with CP cancellations. There have only been 2 that I've seen and both were 9:25. I got an 8:05 BoG. While I'd rather CP, I'm not wasting the 9 o clock hour eating breakfast.

I'd keep checking. I'm guessing that most people who are not on DIS don't know about BOG breakfast opening yet. They may have seen the blog posts and waiting for 8/5 to book instead.

Wow, I tried again and an 8:05a popped up! To my surprise the system seamlessly canceled my 8:20 and confirmed my 8:05 (as we know how glitchy this can be). We are all set for October 3-10th. Thanks everyone for being on the BOG watch and I hope every one scores their desired time(s). If not try again and again, something will likely open up.

I can't believe it. I just got an ADR for Oct 31st. I thought I couldn't get it until Wed. I am glad I checked here. I wanted 8 but got 8:15

My dh will be able to walk into the MK for his birthday

Woot! Picked up 3 breakfast days (12/3, 12/5, 12/7). I don't want to be a hoarder but my travel buddy is out of town and we didn't know if there'd be a choice on what day during our trip we got breakfast at BOG. Since we do have the choice I made multiple reservations and will cancel based on her opinion on which will be best for our schedule.

I think they just wanted to distract ppl with the blog post and I have a feeling they are releasing ADRs in crops every so and often

I booked 5 dates for breakfast next october. don't hate me, we're there for 3 weeks, so we need a lot of food (we'll actually use those ADR, they're not just placeholders)

I'm so glad I checked this thread! I managed to get an 8:15 am reservation for our November trip! Now, are they strict about making ten-year-olds order from the adult menu? My son is not going to want any of the adult options.


(Now, I'd really rather have CP, but that's been gone since before my 180 days.)

children 9 and under MUST order from the child menu

but guests 10 and older can order a child's meal if they so wish (at any restaurant)
you can also request adult sized portions off the child's menu (don't know about bog but at most restaurants you can)
