Be Our Guest, before park opens??

So my girlfriend and I are gearing up for our first Disney trip! We are pretty excited about it!! However, during my constant planning and re-planning I have a million questions!, primarily around dining for the first day. I have breakfast Reservations before the park opens. So naturally i have some questions on how that works.
1. Are we allowed to enter the park early? even if we are staying off property?
2. Extra Magic Hours are going on that morning, will that affect us getting in?
3. Where/How do we get into the park and where do we check in for breakfast?

1. Yes.
2. You will need to enter over at the side where there is a little sign that says "Advance Dining Reservations" They will check to see if you have a reservation on a little Ipad and let you in. If you try to go through with the EMH guests, you won't be able to enter since they will be scanning magic bands for resort reservations. It's not too hard to spot: just keep an eye out for the sign
3. See above. To check in for breakfast, outside the restaurant there is a little stand where they will check you into your reservation.
