The coal mine shift has ended and grumpy has arrived home so I asked:
Apparently if you're an aficionado of meat specifically lamb you like just the meat prepared the way that it is. He consistently compares it to Texas de Brazil which just salts the meat without drowning the flavor.
Apparently the sauce that the lamb is presented in and the mustard like substance that it comes with as well just didn't sit with him the right way.
He said he'd prefer if the sauce was more to the side instead of right in it - also he said that it wasn't cooked the way he liked it. Just overall dissapoijte for with it mostly being the sauce as the culprit.
