Although I'm not sure about the entire resort, my studio on the fifth floor had an open balcony. Looking at this picture here, I guess I lucked out, though-I had the last studio at the end and it looks like practically all the other rooms on the fifth floor have a partially enclosed balcony.

Once I had a studio on the fourth floor-it had a partially closed balcony.
