BCV Property taxes for 2003

I don't remember ever getting a dues statement, so don't know how to break out property taxes. I'm doing my taxes now, and wonder if anyone can tell me the taxes per point in my 2003 dues for Beach Club Villas.

I don't know what they are off the top of my head, but I am sure someone will step up to the plate for you and help.

Call the member services number and punch the button for accounting. They could probably provide the information for you to the penny. They're open Monday-Friday.

I think you need your statement. It's the bill you received from DVC around the end of December. The 2003 real estate tax was adjusted and that actual total paid will be on that statement. You'll also need that statement to keep with your tax documents. A call to DVC tomorrow will probably give you the figure and a copy in the mail on its way to you.

I just had the same probem. The actual 2003 real estate tax is on the 2004 bill for m.f. Line four bcv .7867 per point. Two hundred points 157.34. Estimate 153.52.

MS offered to send me another bill. I found the bill and the informationis there.
