BCV over President's Day Weekend - Impossible?

Before I go get laughed off the rent/trade board, what do you think my chances are of getting a reservation at BCV Feb. 17-22, the week containing the President's Day holiday? We're also looking to rent points for AKV Feb. 24-29 - is that similarly hopeless? I can't get a read on how popular AKV will be by next February...

We've gotten a studio at BCV at the 7 month mark so it is possible for a studio. I too am curious about AKL. We have friends that want us to show them around the first week in April. We have points at SSR but they want to rent(have points transferred to our acct.) and stay at AKL which is fine with us, I just don't know how easy it will be to get 2 studios there. I keep stressing to them to pick a backup resort just in case.
