BCV or Boulder Ridge?

2 BR Villa. There will be 7 of us (4 adults, 1 teen, 2 10 y/o). I LOOOVE BC (both the hotel and the location) but am wondering if I could be wowed by Boulder Ridge?

Neither will have a bed in the living room other than the queen sized sleeper sofa. A lockoff in both cases will have the smaller/bunk sized murphy bed in the second bedroom. BCV was fully renovated about two or three years ago. BRV was scheduled for a complete renovation last year, but it has been delayed until 2022.

i suspect the sleeping arrangements will be: teen in the LR, DH and i in one room with the twins and my ILs in the other. not sure if the lockoff vs dedicated makes a difference? does it?

Lockoff will also have a sleeper sofa in the second bedroom instead of a real bed.

You won't be wowed by Boulder Ridge right now. It really needs the renovation it was supposed to be getting now. Wait a few years until that has been completed.
