How many of the dedicated two bedrooms have two queens versus one queen and a pullout double?

My boys are getting too big to share a bed. They want to stay at BCV in May. I was able to get a dedicated two bedroom but it has one queen and a pullout. It seems strange to set up a dedicated like a lock-off.

The rooms that are dedicated 2 bedrooms with the 1 Q and 1 pullout are too small for 2 Q's in them. It was a building error or misjudgment.

Thanks, so are all of the pullout two bedrooms on one side of the building? I would hate to be the person that designed the rooms. How do you explain that to your boss?:lmao:

We have only stayed in dedicated 2 bedrooms with the 2 queens and they have been down the same hallway. I don't know how to describe where the hallway is. It seems to be a "third major hallway" and I know that doesn't help anyone locate it, I'm sorry.

I've read threads here describing what happened when DVC tried to put the two queens in the room, but it's been awhile, and I really don't remember the whole story.

We ended up shifting our days by one. Now we are in a dedicated two bedroom with two queens. My boys are so excited, BCV is their favorite. DH prefers BWV but they don't have dedicated two bedrooms. I am just happy to change resorts every trip. I get bored if I stay in the same place every time. In fact this is the first time we are not switching resorts half way through our trip. I think it will be nice to unpack and not move.

We will be going to the last week-end of Flower & Garden and the first week-end of Star Wars, so we wanted to be near EPOCT and DS.

I believe there are only 25 with the 2 queen beds, as stated it was a structural design situation as some of the rooms were too small to handle two beds.

The ones with the 2 queens go very quickly.

Confirming Sammie's info that there are only 25 dedicated 2BR with the 2Q in the second BR.

I've stayed in both types. Frankly, I don't see the size difference in structural design where a pullout would be the only option. It's a queen pullout. You already have a queen bed in there - so lengthwise, you have the same no matter what. Width-wise, are the rooms a standard depth anyway? Otherwise the rooms would be all off kilter.

Anyway. I don't get it, other than perhaps if you have a couple staying in what would be the lockoff side and they want a place to sit, rather than a place to sleep.
