BCV 1 BR capacity

Is BCV 1 BR villa a 4 +1 if you book with points (i.e. sleeps 4 but 5th guest is allowed but you provide your own bedding).

or

Is it a hard sleeps 4 (no 5th guest allowed except child under 3).

I’m pretty sure they will let you book 5 but not provide bedding.

I say that because they let me book 9 in a two bedroom.

I agree - 5 if booked on points and you bring bedding for the5th.

It’s 5 on points but you no extra sleeping place.

We’ve done this when we had a former au pair spontaneously be able to join us for a trip. We had 3 adults and two kids (over 3) and unless you’re planning to put a 3rd person in the master bedroom bed, be prepared to have almost no useable floor space in the living room…the living room feels incredibly tight with a twin sized bed on the floor next to the Murphy bed…but at least a few years ago (post Covid but before 2025) it could be done.

It's been a few years, but doesn't the 1-bedroom have the little bed under the tv? Unless I'm confusing with Boardwalk. I know I slept somewhere on that little bed!
