I just stayed in Beach club concierge last month. I don't know if you can find it, but I reported on the stay and gave a detailed list of all the offerings and times. The lounge at the Beach club is almost identical to that of the Yacht Club, and the offerings are the same. I had a tour of the Yacht Club and Boardwalk Inn concierge rooms and lounge while at the Beach club.
I think that concierge is more cost effective when you are staying at a more remote resort, personally. Although I enjoyed our Beach club stay, the offerings were not worth the added cost, in my opinion. One of the main reasons is that the resort is located in the middle of everything, so there is no shortage of great food available. The offerings in the lounge were okay, but the food available in the eateries at Epcot and on the Boardwalk and even at Beaches and Cream are far superior. I found all the goldfish and cheese plates in the lounge pretty much superfluous. I didn't really use the services of the concierge staff because I like to plan things myself (fun part of it for me), and the view from our room was only so-so. We were on the fifth floor and primarly looked across the courtyard at another room of rooms. I guess you would call it a terrace view. Not terrible but nothing like looking at the Boardwalk and lake. You could see the lake if you stood on one end of the balcony and kind of leaned over, but its not like we were out there doing that too much

. For a future stay, I would save the money on concierge and get a beautiful water view and eat at the Yachtsman Steakhouse, Le Cellar or the Flying Fish everynight with all the money saved.
On the other hand, when I've done Wilderness Lodge concierge or AKL's concierge it seemed more cost effective. You aren't surrounded by a ton of great eateries so the food seems more appropriate. The lounges (both which overlook the lobby) are much larger and never close, and since these resorts feel more remote, it seems much more conducive to hanging around the resort, snacking and relaxing. My favorite concierge experience was WL, but I am eager to try the concierge service at GFs main building.
Boardwalk's concierge lounge is twice the size of either Yacht or Beach clubs and has the same offerings as the Yacht or Beach club. You can see the higher fireworks from Illuminations in the lounge. It is a very beautifully decorated resort. My favorite remains GF, but from my concierge experiences, I would most highly recommend the WL. And I would say no, I didn't feel the added cost was worth it for concierge at the Beach or Yacht club.
