Has anyone stayed in a Deluxe room at BC? If so, or if anyone else knows, do they all of the Deluxe rooms have full balconies? Is it worth the extra $? Does anyone know the exact square footage?

Also considering switching to Yacht Club to guarantee full balcony.Does YC have Deluxe rooms? Please give all opinions - very confused.

When you say deluxe rooms are you talking standard concierge level?? Or are you talking suites??
All the rooms at the Yacht have full balconies. Some rooms at the Bc have standing room only balconies. Im not sure about the concierge level I had a full balcony when we stayed there in Jan. there is a thread here on the dis that could probably help you.
just do a search for beach club. good luck.

I have a reservation for a Deluxe room which is bigger than the standard rooms, water view & includes concierge. Its only $30.00 more than concierge garden.

Has anyone stayed in one?

Dear jjjohnson,

I stayed at the BC lagoon view concierge floor last december '03 and the rooms were very nice. We had two rooms, both had full balconies. I am not certain if all the water view rooms have full balconies, but there is a website which gives a lot of information and floor maps regarding the BC. The website is www.disneyzone.net. We stayed at what they called a deluxe room 5 years ago. Iit was a corner room that was larger than average and had two balconies. One was a standing room only overlooking SAB (directly across from the slide) the other balcony was very large and overlooked the main entry.

Great room. Great views and the balcony was not a dormer. When we stay Concierge we almost always have a dormer balcony. I really don't notice much of a difference between the two.

We don't sun ourselves on the balcony. We just check the view and the weather, sometimes the fireworks. It's a minor concern.
