thanks I had just found that layout at the beginning of the BC pages by Joe Cool. It doesn't show connecting. Thanks though.

BowlingAriel, I don't have the answer to your question but why don't you contact the concierge to verify that your reservations have "connecting rooms requested" on them? Also, maybe the concierge could help you out. It's worth a shot.
