BBB - How long?

I booked the BBB for our DD for 1:20pm at the Magic Kingdom location for our upcoming October trip.

Assuming she gets the basic Crown Package (hair, make up and nails), when should we expect to be leaving....including time for delays? I want to be sure not to book any FP options if we could still be at the castle.

I think you would be safe to book a FP in the 3:00-4:00 window. Assuming you have to wait 30 min, the appointment takes about 30 minutes as well.

For any appointment, we allow 90 minutes and it's likely you will be out in much less. But you don't want to feel rushed. If you keep looking at your watch, you're missing part of the experience.

We do this for all our meal reservations too. It just means we know we have plenty of time and we don't have to rush somewhere else.
