BBB at DTD

i have been trying and trying to get DD's appt moved from DTD to MK but there have just not been any openings, is this experience less magical over there? would love to hear some first hand experiences if you care to share, thanks so much!!!

The experience by itself is similar. It is the atmosphere. In MK, BBB is inside the Cinderella's castle which is magical by itself. DTD location is more like a modern salon inside a Bloomingdale (?)

DTD location is convenience, it doesn't take away your theme park time and easier to make appointment. Not bad, but MK location is better in my opinion.

When is your BBB appointment? DTD location has a daily parade at 1pm(?), where girls who transformed to princesses make their royal rounds. Also, DTD BBB has a chair at the showcase window. It makes quite a special memory too.

We have done both locations. I like DTD because 1) it does not chip away at our park time, 2) DTD has more dresses in stock I think, 3) they have a princess parade in the early afternoon where the little girls get to walk through DTD together, and 4) I think it was less rushed.

I will say, when asked, my daughter preferred Magic Kingdom over DTD, but I think in the end she will be very happy to be able to do it again regardless of whether I can get MK or whether it is at DTD...
