We are a family of Disney vets but have never visited BB and TL. We purchased the Platinum Plus Annual Passes and are planning to visit BB and TL this July. We are the get to the park mid-morning type of family. Will our party all night and wake up late style be a problem going to the water parks? One of my worries is not being able to find lounge chairs if we don't get there at opening. Can anyone please share with me their experiences finding lounge chairs during peak season?

We were there last week, went to TL. Did not arrive until after 10 am and we got two lounge chairs and two regular(non reclining) chairs near the wave pool. They were half in some shade, so not perfect, but we didn't have any trouble finding several together. I wish I had gotten there earlier to get a more ideal location, but we still had an amazing day! You could always try to call ahead and reserve a cabana if it's a huge concern. I hope you have a great trip!

Also, it is worth noting that the water parks do not open until 10 anyway. This time of year, I would try to get there earlier rather than later if chairs in the shade are a priority for you.

I would highly recommend getting there for the 10 am park opening. Chairs go fast and lines build quickly. You'll have a better chance at good chairs and short lines if you go at RD.

Early it is guys. Thanks for the advice.

How important will it be to bring pool shoes?
