Are the Bayou Bash food offerings such as the bouillabaise at the Blue Bayou, the shrimp corn fritters, the Mardi Gras cupcake, etc are available during the week days at the various restaurants? Or is it just on the weekends?

Yep I've seen signs for the shrimp con fritters the past two days. I haven't seen the other items but I wasn't looking

Mint julep bar has banana fosters beignets and a couple of specialty drinks.
