I saw someone ask if anyone had refurb updates on June 17 but no answer, then someone posted they had a refurb studio theme park view on July 4 weekend on Floor 10. That's center section, and they were last working high floors center section if I remember right.

Anyone else have reports on where refurb work was happening? Should be wrapping up pretty quick. I have a 1BR Theme park view mid August, can't wait!

We were on the 10th floor, theme park view for July 1-4 and it was wonderful!

May be a silly question but what dishwashing soap is in the villas? I ask because I wear a lot of merino wool and I spot clean with diluted Dawn. It works wonders on stains and I rarely eat without making a mess!

Back in the day, it was always Palmolive. But in the past years, they’ve switched to Ecos hand dish soap.

I asked a similar question in another post as well, but does anyone know if I would have more luck getting a larger living room with preferred or resort view? I've been told that theme park view would garuntee a larger living room, but the point difference is too much to spare. Looking to book a one-bedroom apartment with my parents...

An "even" numbered room will have the larger living space, IMHO better odds with the preferred view (more rooms in that category)

We are here now in a 1 bedroom lake view on the north side high floor and it is a refurbished room. It is gorgeous and smells brand new.

I walked down there. The north elevators are closed right now, so I think they're working on this part of the tower. Didn't see inside any of the rooms down there, but the carpet is new for the whole floor.

Yeah, I can see what looks like a construction staging zone in the parking lot, so definitely seems like they're still actively working. No problem!

A little more info for you. Walking back from MK this afternoon, my son noticed that you could tell which floors they're still working on based on the curtains vs. not in the windows.

wow thanks! looks like only bottom few floors still in progress. Should be all done very soon and that suggests that only refurbished rooms are being given out now.

We are here now and heard quite a lot of noise while in the lobby. The gentleman at the desk indicated that they hear the construction noise when they are working on floors 4 and below.

Guessing the renovations must be running a few weeks ahead of schedule for completion. Looks like they opened up a chunk of inventory for 2nd and 3rd weeks of September. Just about everything available this morning. Guessing they may be done by first week of September seeing this. Was able to swap to a TP view last minute.

I believe mid September was the planned completion, so seems on time!
