Bay Lake Tower opening question

We were luck enough to get our request to BLT 1 bedroom lake view via waitlist. We are staying Oct. 4 thru 7. Exactly when is BLT set to open? We have not been paying that much attention with all else going on and now that we have our next vacation set and are still planning parts we were just courious about this...smjj

I believe it open August 4th or so, which is a Tues. which seems weird! But I know it is early August.
We'll be there August 28th!!!!
