Bathing Suits? Where do you get yours?

I had a terrible time last year finding a bathing suit that would fit right. I live in a beach town and went into almost every store here and couldn't find anything that I liked let alone would pay the money for.

I ordered a couple from VS and they were alright, I ordered a couple from Carabella and they were alright, and I ordered virtually every bathing suit out of the Venus catalog because I liked so many.

I eventually bought 2 out of the Venus catalog. One of them was a traditional bikini with underwire support and the other was a halter top with a bikini bottom and then I got the matching tankini top. So really I got 3 bathing suits. I love http://www.venusswimwear.com There shipping was quick and their return policy was fantastic. One of the best things about Venus is that you can buy their bathing suits in pieces ... meaning if you have a big top and a little bottom you aren't bound to one size like a small, medium, large, 4, 6, 8,or 14. The prices aren't too offensive either.

Good luck. Shopping for a bathing suit is not an easy thing to do.

I guess Im pretty lucky since I found a great place to get bathing suits. Its a little shop just two blocks away. Its called Va-Va-Voom. The lady who runs the shop sells all suit for $25 plus tax. I got a great last summer and since I dont like being out in the sun too much its still pretty much brand new. Its a halter top style with underwire (yep, the twins need help to stay put) and has a cute little skirt with it too. The store has a huge selection and "ALL" sizes. Which is great. I vow to always go there and get my suits from now on.

I try to avoid bathing suits whenever possible. But Lands End does have some nice ones! :)

Lands' End. Great quality, can find suits to fit any body, lots of great styles. And when they say "Guaranteed. Period." they mean it.

My cousin, who is a "beach babe" by anyone's definition, SWEARS by Venus and buys all her suits there.

I am not a "beach babe" by any means, but I like suits that don't make me look older than I already am. I think that Venus has a good selection for average sized women like me

Another vote for Land's End.
