My sister and nephew just checked in to AS sports. They are there for a baseball tournament at Wide World of Sports but they also get some time in the park. I told her to book her fast passes as soon as she got there. She couldn't do it before hand because she didn't know her confirmation number to link it to MDE. Well, they just checked in and they told them that no one on the team can book fast passes ahead of time because they are a group and they are all linked together and there is a glitch that wont allow teams to book in advance. She can only book them through the kiosks in the park. Does this sound right? She is so upset because they dont get alot of time in the parks and it is so crowded this weekend. I told her to ask for paper ones but not sure if they are still doing that?? Any advice on what they can do?
