I don't get why they got rid of it. On the Nickelodeon awards (I've forgot what they were called, I haven't watched the channel in so long), for like 4 years straight they won for Best TV Show on Nick. Then, they just stop filming it altogether.

I find the KCA kinda... interesting. Because while they take place on Nick, they include *mainly* Disney Channel shows and actors/actresses/singers xD

The band at my school is SOOO much better than the chorus But I still stay in Chorus. I think its because Chorus is harder since your voice is your instrument and you have to be able to match the same notes on another instrument, while in band, you just got to remember which note is which on your instrument.

Don't say Band is better than Chorus! You should know that most people that are in Band are also in Chorus I was in Chorus before I joined Band and I still am! In Chorus you got to remember your music,and in Band you got to remember what notes you play to the music Come to think of it,we played along with this afterschool Chorus,it was so much fun! I made a new friend!

In Chorus you got to remember your music,and in Band you got to remember what notes you play to the music Come to think of it,we played along with this afterschool Chorus,it was so much fun! I made a new friend!

Well you can't be both in band and chorus. I was originally in band, but I switched to Chorus because I always got a B+ and I needed an A to get High Honors. A lot did both in Middle School until you had to decide. We also have one chorus member who is in band.

I don't even have a Chorus at my school. Honestly, the only musical class or anything is band. It is kinda sad. A few months ago was the first time we have actually had a music class offered in a few years.

They were about to get rid of the music program at my school and tons of other electives. It was awful. Luckily a lot of parents were against it, but they still had to cut down and laid off one of the teachers.

Well the thing it turns into a very crazy schedule. I have a friend who does Jazz Band but not Band as a class. As Freshman you can only do one or the other. Then, when doing course selections for the Sophomore year, you can somehow figure out a way so that you have band class and Chorus.

I hate that my community favors the sports teams. It shows how academics is not priority at school.

I play the piano, so I do enjoy music in general. Due to my already busy schedule, I could never do band.

People at my school could care less about band or music, unfortunately. The only thing ppl care about is football and basketball.

My whole town lives for football and basketball. Honestly, cheerleading is pretty popular, too. I'm glad about that! Basically, that's it.
