Barcelona hotel question

We've also used Barcelona Day Tours although we booked it through Viator along with another food and wine tour. Both were great. We actually walked around quite a bit from the Renaissance - it's fairly easy to navigate your way around. We actually walked all the way down to the piers and up Las Ramblas and had lunch at the restaurant at Le Meridien where we'd stayed our previous trip. Amazing food - we actually ate there twice, once that day and the next day we were on our own for lunch for the day tour and were close enough to walk back there.

We always bring our power adapters and converter when we travel with all of the adapters. If you have an iPhone/iPad, you can buy an adapter kit that converts your regular power cube. There's a piece you slide out of the cube and just replace it with a different piece from the adapter kit. No power conversion required. It has 3-4 different adapters. We purchased a converter (Odoga travel adapter with USB ports) from Amazon for our recent trip to Italy. We used it for camera chargers as well as iPhone/iPad even though we also had our cube converters although it's pretty slow to charge a tablet but it is convenient. Fairly compact and light and comes with a travel bag. It's now replaced all of our older ones for travel.
