Hi, I am going to get caught up on requests and then I'll come back to this one. Don't want you to think I forgot about this request.

Thank you for the initial graphics. I have a question since I'm a newbie. I tried to follow your instructions for downloading but was unable to find the 4 arrows on the lower rt. has this changed? I just enlarged the picture by clicking on it and then right clicked to save as. Would this work to get a good resolution image for printing?
