Bar at Shula's?

Is there a bar/lounge at Shula's? There's no way that we could afford to eat there and Cali Grille on the same trip, but I REALLY wanna see the place. Being a big sports fan, I'd like to see how the place is set up. Is it possible to grab a beer while looking around, without getting a meal.
One additional side question: Do you pay for the 48 ouncer if you finish it, or is it like The Great Outdoors, where if you finish it, the steak's free?

If you finish the 48 oz steak you get put on the wall of fame, but not free dinner .
