Same here! I tried calling during business hours and I kept getting the busy signal. I went to the website at around the same time as you and it says my banking deadline was closed.

Call today & ask the CM to bank your points. Explain that the phones were busy all day and that the website was not available when you tried to do it online. Ask for a Supervisor if you are denied so that you can appeal. My best guess is that the CM will understand and bank for you. Good luck!
