Banking Deadline

I cannot remember the banking deadlines for the life of me, and I can't find them on the website either. I know there were some changes...do you still have eight months from your use year to bank 100% of your points? I'm paranoid I'm going to miss it, and for some reason I NEVER get the email notifications. I've called numerous times, keep updating my account on the user website with my email address, etc., and I never get them. Thanks for any help!!
