Banking / borrowing 11-month priority question

We're currently in ROFR on what will Hopefully be our first DVC purchase. If it works out, we are planning a Christmas 2017 trip. Point-wise, the trip will cost 155 points. At that time, we will have 150 current UY points at our home resort and 150 banked points.

Will we have 11-month priority for all 300 points at our home resort, or is the priority only for the number of points you get per year?

You get 11 month booking at your home resort. It doesn't matter if the points are banked, borrowed, or current.
