Banked Points???

Can you please tell me if banked points need to be used by the end of the UY they were banked.

What I mean is do you have to actually travel before that date or just make the reservations???

You actually have to complete your stay before the end of the use year. Doesn't matter when you make the reservation.

For example, if you have a February use year and banked your 2004 points, the last night you could use those banked points would be 1/31/2006 (end of the 2005 use year).
