Balsamic Vinegar-love it or hate it?

I've recently developed an addiction for salad dressing made with balsamic vinegar. I can't seem to get enough of it. I dip bread in it, grape tomatoes, you name it!

Anyone else love the stuff?

Love it - but I'm not totally addicted to it. i do love dipping some nice warm italian bread in some olive oil with a splash of balsamic though. Yummy!!

I love it. It goes with so much. Blondie, you have to try it splashed on sweet strawberries, so yummy.

I was just there last Sunday. What they use is their spice blend and then pour straight olive oil over the spices. Balsamic vinegar is very, very dark.

Sounds like a strange combination, but one I'll have to try!

Love it! My understanding is that the more expensive the balsamic, the sweeter it is.

Love it! Can drink it alone, but I love it on salads and soak up with bread any left on the plate
