I've recently developed an addiction for salad dressing made with balsamic vinegar. I can't seem to get enough of it. I dip bread in it, grape tomatoes, you name it!

Anyone else love the stuff?

I can take it or leave it. I don't hate it, but I don't seek it out either...

Tee hee, I have a thousand recipe that has the stuff in it and an unopened bottle of it in my pantry. I'm scared of it for some reason LOL

Noooooooooo. I don't care for the taste and it doesn't agree with me, so I get to relive the taste all day. :crazy2:

Love it - but I'm not totally addicted to it. :rotfl: i do love dipping some nice warm italian bread in some olive oil with a splash of balsamic though. Yummy!! :thumbsup2

I love it. It goes with so much. Blondie, you have to try it splashed on sweet strawberries, so yummy.

Is that the stuff they serve at Carrabba's with the bread?

I usually love it! Not lately though since I'm nauseous 24 hours a day :(

I was just there last Sunday. What they use is their spice blend and then pour straight olive oil over the spices. Balsamic vinegar is very, very dark.

Sounds like a strange combination, but one I'll have to try!

Oh, okay. Then I don't think I've ever had Balsamic vinegar. :confused3

Oh, yeah...me, too...yum!!

I like it in several recipes. Especially if it's mixed with a little oil.

Love it! My understanding is that the more expensive the balsamic, the sweeter it is. :)

Love it! Can drink it alone, but I love it on salads and soak up with bread any left on the plate :woohoo:
