Balloon Delivery Options

Is there anywhere else to get balloons delivered to ones resort besides Disney Floral?

Looking at their website, they only offer balloon bunches for boys with a mix of mylar and latex. I wanted to order balloons for my son who will be celebrating his 5th birthday while we are staying at Art of Animation. We also have a 2 1/2 year old and the latex would be a safety issue for us.

I did email Disney Floral and received an auto reply that they couldn't answer questions through their email systems at this time and to call. Frankly, it's hard to call during business hours for me as my kids are always nearby. I would just like some other options.

As a side note - I will be picking up a birthday cake at Babycakes in Downtown Disney. If there is someplace to buy a bunch of balloons there, I could do that. However, it would be must easier if they were delivered to the room on the sly.

I ordered some things from disney florist last year and they customized the gift bag for me. Added some things I wanted added and removed the items my kids could not have.

We stayed at CBR in May. It was my granddaughters 4th BD while we were there. I sent down a gift basket that I made at home. I wrote CBR and asked them a few questions and asked if they could blow up a few balloons for my GD, if I provided the balloons. Not only did they blow up the balloons I sent down, but added a few mylar ones to the mix. So I am thinking if you bring some balloons with you and go to the front desk and ask them to fill them up and put them in your room while you are at the park, they may just do that and believe me it was a lot cheaper. I have used Disney Florist and they do a beautiful job.

You didn't mention where you are staying in your post, but I'd like to add that if you are staying at AKL, you will not be able to have balloons at all. AKL does not allow balloons in any form due to the safety issues for the animals.

We found that out the hard way when we went there for dinner the night my son got a balloon from MK on his first trip.
