Polynesian Island Tower grocery delivery and bell services

Looking for some recent experiences or info because I'm seeming some conflicting information online.

Our first stay at the Polynesian Tower is coming up.

I'm planning on a grocery delivery for the first time. Do groceries get delivered to the Great Ceremonial House lobby or to the Tower? Do I use 1600 Seven Seas Drive, Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830, as the delivery address or something else?

If we want our luggage held on our check in day before our room is ready, do we go to the Great Ceremonial House lobby or to the Tower?

We stayed at PIT in late March this year and did a grocery delivery. The gate at PIT is unmanned and uses card/MB entry, so deliveries cannot be made to PIT entrance. They will drop groceries off at Ceremonial House, which is where the storage/cooler room is anyway. There is also a small non-climate controlled storage room at PIT as well, not great for groceries, but they will hold your luggage and non-perishable items at PIT.

All we had to do was call Ceremonial House front desk and they will bring your cart of groceries over to your PIT room and help unload. Alternatively, you could walk to CH yourself and wheel your groceries back to PIT (which we did for a second smaller load).
