Bahamas Immigration form question

On the form it asks for the city of departure... is it Cocoa Beach or Port Canaveral or Cape Canaveral???

Also, it asks for destinations...should I check "other" for Castaway Cay as well as the known city such as Nassau?

I don't recall ever putting Castaway Cay down on the form, but I am not 100% sure

Just watch the customs presentation on the tv in your room on the last night of the cruise while you are packing. Your cruise director will tell you exactly how to fill out that part of the form.

Did I say skip that talk that they tell you that you MUST come to -- YES - skip it and spend that time packing.

I was thinking about the form that you get when returning to the US at the end of the cruise. If you are asking about a form that came with your cruise doc's - then my prior response is incorrect, and I do not remember what we put down for those answers.

DCL knows where you/we are scheduled to go, why don't they "fill in the blanks" for us and then let us just sign the doc?

That would be alot easier wouldn't it? The form at the end I remember and I believe that is a customs form.

They have a help table once you get there, and each time I have checked in there are people walking up and down the aisles to assist with documents.

So I would just leave it blank if you aren't sure.

when we checked in at Port C on 11/16, they had us put down PC (for Port Canaveral) for departure city. And we checked Grand Bahama Island (Freeport), Nassau and other (for Castaway Cay).

We just filled out our docs last night for our 11/30 cruise, and we also put Port Canaveral as departure city and "Nassau, Freeport and other" for our islands.
Seemed to make the most sense to me. Glad to see that was the correct way!
