Bad MS Calls - Anyone Experience These?

Does that help in some way then from calling Dining directly?? Confused?? Am I missing out on some perk!

Note really a perk in my book, just an option. WDW-DINE was solidly busy all day & online reservations were down, so I decided to try MS since there are fewer people who can go through them. Normally I wouldn't tie up "our" CMs for ADRs, but since I couldn't use the other routes I decided to try all the roads open to me!
