A friend of mine had a bad experience staying at Coronado Springs. Does anyone have any suggestions on where she should send an e-mail to express her disappointment with the stay. Thanks in advance guys. :)

I don’t know the exact format for the e-mail address, so I’m not going to risk misleading you – but is there a reason your friend didn’t address the issue while she was AT Coronado Springs? After the fact, there’s little any service provider can do.

Well it wasn't any one issue to address that made it bad, just a very unfriendly staff and such leading to a very un-Disney experience. She said she might as well have been staying at a motel. She wanted to just let the 'powers that be' know about it.

I had a similar experience, spefically rude, unfriendly staff. I would never stay there again. :sad2:

We had a bad experience at BC in June, and I emailed the guest communications link given above. I searched everywhere but could not find a direct link to anyone at the BC.

It took three weeks, but I did receive a phone call regarding my email just this week. I received an apology and an assurance that the things that I complained about were being checked out. It wasn't terribly satisfying considering our treatment, but if I had not gotten *any* response, I would have been pretty angry. At least I feel like somebody is paying attention!

When we had a bad experience at a resort I called and asked for the resort managers name and wrote directly to him. Just call CSR and ask for the managers name, address, etc.

Oh no!!! Please don't tell me this! I am staying at Coronado Springs in October, after MUCH indecision and research. I heard about the good transportation and pool, etc., but didn't get the memo about the rude staff :scared1: Was it housekeeping, front desk, food service or what? I'm hoping it is an isolated problem, but this has me worried. This is my family's very first on-site trip to Disney and I want it to be perfect.

I have heard similar complaints over the years about almost every single WDW resort on these boards. I am not saying any were not true, just that there are isolated incidents of bad rooms, maid service, front desk service etc. all of which could happen at any resort at any given time. I am not trying to insist that it should be overlooked or ignored. By all means people should complain if they have had a bad experience so that it can be addressed by management. I am saying that I would not second guess my stay there based on this one situation, because if you read these boards long enough you'll hear a similar story about every single resort.

We had a wonderful time at CSR and we had no complaints. There was one CM who was not the friendliest but that certainly wasnt anything for me to complain over. He might have been just tired. and the encounter with him was about less than a minute. There is no way everything will be perfect on any trip but you will have a magical vacation! Ours was!

Thanks! That's what I'm hoping, that it was just an isolated thing. I know everything can't be perfect, I've just been obsessing over my choice of resort.

I agree! People shouldn't panic when they hear a story of one guest's issue.
